hojo is very kind is constantly giving kagome gifts (usually when he hears she's ill),

In almost every episode Hojo never gets his date with Kagome when he ask. He goes to the same school as her and is most likely in 8th or 9th grade. Everyone except Kagome is deeply in love with him. Kagome doesent hate hojo but she isnt a fan of him like the other girls at her school.
