Mizuki (みずき) was a girl who lived in a village that was being troubled by a weak lizard demon. After meeting Shippō and seeing how kind he is, Mizuki and Shippō felt attracted to one another. She gave him a flower necklace as a gift. However, because of five annoying novice fox demons, Shippō was forced to prank her. Upset, she yelled "Don't speak to me! I hate you!", and ran off.
After the demon was taken care of, she was among the girls who served Inuyasha's group their meals. However, when Shippō tried talking to her, she stuck her tongue out and left, leaving him distraught. When Inuyasha teased Shippō what he had done to her, Shippō snaps and uses Heart Scar on him, leaving Kagome, Sango and Miroku confused.
