The sun blocked by pink cloud as flashing pink and goes by Sango with Kirara, then Shippō, Miroku, Kagome, and Inuyasha, as Inuyasha said, "Darkness and light. Into the chaos of the Feudal era the Sacred Jewel brings us a group of strangers together.", then Naraku appears to the the shards of the jewel make whole as Kagome says "500 years across time. Their destinies are controlled by the few remaining shards of the jewel." Then to the characters with their names as they said "Feudal Fairy Tale: Inuyasha." In the picture of the Bone-Eater's Well, Inuyasha narrates the upcoming episodes.

- A different instrumental version, Unare! Tessaiga (唸れ! 鉄砕牙, "Growl! Tesseiga!") replaces One Day, One Dream as the opening theme in some territories is unavailable due to licensing issues with the original opening song, similar with CHANGE THE WORLD.
- In the changed instrumental version, the beginning where Kagome and Inuyasha speak is completely removed, along with the summary at the beginning of the episode. Instead, the opening begins with the Sacred Tree and the Shikon Jewel.
- Backlash Wave combined with Kagome's sacred arrow is an outrageous mistake made by the anime producers, since in nature the humans' spiritual power and the demons' magic power can't be combined in that way, as confirmed by Kanade. Indeed, that never happened in the manga.
